Release Prep

What to have ready before promo starts

A promo campaign moves quickly once it goes live, so the best time to prepare is before you submit. Start with final, high-resolution artwork and mastered audio in both MP3 and WAV.

Clean metadata matters more than most artists expect: correct artist names, track titles, version names, BPM, and key help DJs find, file, and play your record without friction.

Finally, decide what success looks like. Whether it is club plays, radio support, or feedback for the next release, a clear goal shapes who we reach and how we report back.

Artwork, clean metadata, streaming links, and a campaign goal make outreach easier.
