PitchDJ may collect account details, contact information, artist and DJ profile information, campaign submissions, uploaded music assets, payment status, support messages, and basic website analytics.

How we use information

We use information to operate artist campaigns, match music with DJs, manage accounts, process support requests, improve the platform, send service updates, and maintain security.

Payments and uploads

Payment processing is intended to be handled by Stripe. Music files, artwork, and related campaign assets may be stored with third-party infrastructure providers used by PitchDJ.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, and campaign participants where needed to deliver PitchDJ services.

Website analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages. We send page paths without query strings and do not send account identifiers, form contents, music download links or payment details. Advertising personalization is disabled. Your choices
